I really like the UBar for third phase 1 Leg Straight Leg Deadlifts. We start with a single dumbbell or kettlebell , progress to 2 and then to the UBar. The UBar allows for the bar to effectively wrap around the body. Very similar to the Trap or Hex bar but with unilateral capability.
