Here's a secondary example of our hamstring training.

A few days ago we talked about bridges progressing into stability ball or slideboard leg curls.

Our ISO Hamstrings will progress to glute hams and lowers ( I hate the term Nordic)

The key is to understand hamstring function and realizing hamstring prevent extension, not create flexion.

- the goal of the ball is engage anterior core and prevent anterior pelvic tilt.
