I know people are critical of how we hang clean but, I love double knee bend. It happens every time you jump! Whether you like “ the rock”, “the shift” or “the scoop” matters less than the speed of the bar movement and the catch.
PS- far left is 13, middle 15, far right (you can see in the mirror) is just recently 15.
