1 Leg SLDL 200 x5

This is about 120% of bodyweight for MBSC coach Shai Lariviere. the 1 Leg SLDL is another of our Top 5 Unilateral Exercises. Our first goal is 50% of bodyweight but, we are looking to push to bodyweight ( in external load) and beyond in the 1 Leg SLDL. We will push the single dumbell version as far as possible before splitting to two ( I actually prefer the feel of kettlebells for these but, once agin Covid restrictions force a small pivot)
