It takes time and experience to build knowledge and competence, but enthusiasm, work ethic, kindness, helpfulness and positivity are all attributes you can control right now.
Have you ever been in a waiting room with a happy baby? Everyone lights up! Enthusiasm is infectious. If you're enjoying yourself and your work, your clients will enjoy it too—and that's a good thing because exercise isn't always an easy thing to enjoy.
Be the best part of your clients' day, and you'll never have a shortage of people to train.
