Correcting Valgus Collapse

A viewer asked about exercises to correct valgus collapse. The key to controlling knees is to control hips. Off set loaded one leg squats with the Perform Better Leverbell apply an internal rotation force to the working leg. In the Newtonian world of lifting the hip reacts by kicking on the external rotators. This then creates more hip stability and decreases / eliminates what is perceived as a valgus knee position.
