Home Workout- Upper body pushing and pulling progressions

Here are some upper body pushing  and pulling progressions for clients who have one, "in-between" size kettlebell. A towel can be used to program a 2-arm row or to progress 1-arm rows through challenging grip.

Towel KB Row
Bear Crawl
KB Rotational Row
Push Up
1 KB Row w/Towel
Power Push Up
1 Arm 1 Leg KB Row 
Yoga Push Up
