Home Workouts - Day 5 Modified 1x20 Example

As I keep playing with home workouts I want to keep giving you guys ideas.

As I said yesterday, we'll probably work our way to twenty over the next few weeks. We are going to lift 3 times per week so, to avoid boredom I went with a Day 1/ Day 2 format just so we arent doing the same stuff every day.
