8 Rows ea side
8 SLDL ea. side
8 Floor Press ea. side
8 Goblet Split Squats ea side
Next workout shoot for 10 of each. You can build to twenty over 7 workouts. or, do 8 reps for a week and get 7 weeks out of one kettlebell.
