Video-"Semi-reactive plyos"

Megan Keller working on some “semi-reactive” plyos. We like a “ bounce” phase prior to a true reactive phase to expose the tissues to a more gradual transition from stable / eccentric emphasis landings to true plyos. The reality is that most of our plyos are really just jumping and hopping drills. The “ explode off the ground” stuff is good in theory but brakes are as important as accelerators.
