Video- Lying Band Hip Flexion

Lying Band Hip Flexion is a great phase 1 hip flexion exercise. Really tough to compensate with trunk flexion in supine and the band gets harder at the top to facilitate Psoas and iliacus.

This is from our 4 day off season baseball program that we posted on Strengthcoach.com I like to include extra hip and shoulder work when possible. Our 4 day programs allow us to do this. Lying Band Hip Flexion is a great phase 1 hip flexion exercise. Really tough to compensate with trunk flexion in supine and the band gets harder at the top to facilitate Psoas and iliacus.
