Coach's Minute with Coach Boyle- "Bad Exercise #3 - Kipping Pull-up"


I know I'll get some good old fashioned CrossFit hate on this one.  I don't really think kipping is even really an exercise, just a way to cheat on a real exercise. It's like inventing Bouncing Bench Press and saying "It's not cheating, it's a real exercise."
