@qu_mih and @qu_wih demonstrating how we train their hip and knee musculature through their full range of motion. By using the slant board and elevating them in blocks we take their #ankle out as a limiting factor. We are able to train #glutes #hamstrings and #quads concurrently which is how they function in sport. The slant board also creates a reference center for the foot and ultimately the brain as we have brought the ground closer to the athlete. Make sure your athlete can feel with their whole foot to let the #brain know where they are within their environment. Give this one a shot and we are sure it will be a staple in your program. @qu_strength #getbetter #legs #strengthtraining #strength #nccahockey #hockeytraining #qustrength #bobcatnation #offseason #detailsbuildchampions #keiser #pri #splitsquats A post shared by Brijesh Patel (@bpatel515) on Apr 24, 2018 at 3:20am PDT
