Great idea for loading single leg hip lifts that I stole from @elsbethvaino . She brought the idea up in a Strengthcoach.com thread. We've tried Sandbags, Bars etc. This is clearly the best. The strap is actually from a TRX and works great. PS- yes, my head position changes. I was trying to see the camera initially. PSS- I hate the two leg barbell version of this exercise.
