Yesterday we had a little discussion about Olympic lifts on Twitter. I think the whole “Olympic lifts are hard to teach thing” is a cop out. If you are a strength coach you should be able to teach Olympic lifts. The big plus is that good athletes love them! PS- these 2 are 13.
