Ambition and innovation are not enemies to these coaches or the profession; however a primary consideration in making these adjustments is whether or not the trainer or coach is prepared to be accountable for the result for good or bad. Further consideration must also be made for the employer and client or athlete and whether or not they are aware of the environment they are entering into. Do they know the situation they are entering into and are they prepared to accept the positives and negatives that come with this scenario? . . .
