Perform Better One Day Review (12/3/2011)
Steven Head
As a gesture of appreciation for those who have previously attended events and written up wonderful reviews, I thought I'd try my hand. This was my first Perform Better One Day, and at 109 dollars (early bird rate), it is a real bargain. It's not like PB needs the plug, this one sold out, which Coach Boyle tells me is typical of the East Coast event. Kudos to Chris and the entire PB crew, who by virtue of a holiday related logistical oversight, ended up with some 50 more attendees than they'd anticipated. Beyond some 'cozy moments' during the hands-on portions, you wouldn't know it, it came off without a hitch and the presenters seemed to take it all in stride as well. . . . keep reading

What I Took from the 2011 Midwest Performance Enhancement Seminar
Brendon Rearick
3 Weeks ago Kevin Carr and I hopped on a plane headed to one of the top vacation destinations in the world… glorious Indiana! OK maybe its not Spring Break Cancun, but nevertheless we were excited because we were going to Mike Robertson's gym, IFAST, for his 2011 Midwest Performance Enhancement Seminar. If you know Kevin and I, we never miss an opportunity to 1. Learn, 2. Meet new people, and 3. Drink a few beers with those people we met. I must say we successfully completed all three while we were there… . . . keep reading
