Perform Better One Day Review (12/3/2011)
Steven Head
As a gesture of appreciation for those who have previously attended events and written up wonderful reviews, I thought I'd try my hand. This was my first Perform Better One Day, and at 109 dollars (early bird rate), it is a real bargain. It's not like PB needs the plug, this one sold out, which Coach Boyle tells me is typical of the East Coast event. Kudos to Chris and the entire PB crew, who by virtue of a holiday related logistical oversight, ended up with some 50 more attendees than they'd anticipated. I'm here for a little family time before heading up to Long Beach for the Perform Better Summit this coming weekend. That's my candy store, and today I'm sitting here reading the bios and presentation descriptions for all of the presenters. . . . keep reading
Handicapping the Perform Better Summit in Long Beach
Michael Boyle
On August 26-28 the last installment of the best in education for strength and conditioning, rehab and fitness professionals takes place. This has been the best year ever with close to 2500 attendees. As I say every time, if you don't get to one of these seminars every year you are making a huge mistake. The biggest complaint from attendees at a Perform Better Summit is that with four sessions going on at one time it is tough to decide who to see. It's always tough for me too but, just like you I have to choose. . . . keep reading
