To cancel your membership, go to the Member's Home Page.
On the left side, under "Member Resources", click "Edit Member Profile."
Put your password in and go to "Account Settings"
where you can update your "Account Status" to "Cancel Account"

IMPORTANT
Due to the large volume we receive, we cannot answer your individual training questions via email. If you are a member, you can login to your account and ask your question on our private forum. We visit the forum daily and answer all training questions there.
