A forum post about women's inability to do chinups prompted me to post these videos. They are not and were not made to be technique videos. They were simply to show how strong our girls were in 1998. Most of the women pictured were members of the 1998 Gold Medal team in Women's Ice Hockey
All of the women were asked to lift 135 lbs for max reps. This was done after an actual workout and was done to provide an example for young women of what is possible when you really work hard and consistent.
