Jeremy Frisch

Jeremy Frisch is currently the sports performance director at the teamwork's sports center in Acton Massachusetts. He attended Worcester State College where he majored in health science and physical education.

Prior to working at teamworks, Jeremy did an internship with the Stanford university track and field team. He first became interested in strength and conditioning as a college athlete looking to improve his performance. Over the last 8 years he has trained athletes of all ages and abilities. Currently his main focus is on developing appropriate conditioning programs for youth athletes. Jeremy lives in Clinton Massachusetts with his wife Emily and their son Ethan.
