Sean Hayes

Sean Hayes currently serves as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. A 1997 and 1999 graduate of Springfield College Hayes served in a wide range of positions prior to coming to the Bills.

Hayes brings a wide range of experience in a variety of sports. From 204-2006 Sean served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Men's and Women's Basketball at Clemson. From 2001-2004 Hayes served as the Head Strength Coach for over 30 varsity sports at Harvard University. In addition, Sean was an Assistant Strength Coach at University of Tulsa from 1999 to 2001 and worked with the US Women's Olympic ice hockey team in 1996-97.
