Chris Frankel

Chris Frankel holds a Master's Degree and is completing his doctorate in Exercise Science. With over 25 years of experience as a trainer and coach Chris travels as a strength and conditioning specialist, exercise physiologist and lecturer from his home in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

He splits his time as an instructor at the University of New Mexico in the department of Health, Exercise and Sports Science, at his training studio, traveling with clients and lecturing to fitness professionals and coaches. Chris brings a unique blend of academic and practical experience to his research, teaching and coaching. Being involved in all three areas helps to define and answer substantive questions related to coaching human performance.
