Let’s get this straight: Boston always has, and always will be a baseball community. We all live and die by the Red Sox. However, it just so happens that we have a big endurance training contingent, too, given that the Boston Marathon is quite possibly the most storied endurance training event in the world. As a result, I’ve had the opportunity to interact with more endurance athletes in the past 15 months than at any other point in my career.
