Every athletic performance coach worth their salt now does a dynamic warm-up with their athletes before training. The research has amassed favorably in regards to involving multiplanar, dynamic movement prior to exercise. Movement increases core temperature, tissue elasticity, neuromuscular coordination, and reinforces proper movement patterns. This, in turn, aids in preventing injury and improving performance.
